We will send you the photo for approval.
We will ship it out as soon as you give us your approval. If we don’t hear back from you, we'll ship it within 8 hours of sending the photo, so we do not delay delivery.
Returns and Adjustments
72-Hour Satisfaction Window: If you'd like to request adjustments or a return, contact us at questions@finelacewigs.com (subject: Return Request + Order #) within 72 hours of receiving your wig. Please review our restocking fee policy associated with the returns below.

Each wig is colored, cut, and styled when the order is placed. Because we customize each wig to order, all eligible returns are subject to a restocking fee to cover the stylist's time and order preparation costs, unless there's a craftsmanship error.
Each wig is uniquely designed according to your customized options. Because of this personal touch, we have a 20% restocking fee on eligible returns. This fee helps cover the stylist's time and the preparation costs associated with your order. Please know that this fee will be waived in the case of a craftsmanship error. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help.

If you order a wig in the natural darkest brown color, you can color it. However, if you choose any other color from our options, the wig has already been dyed, and trying to dye it again may cause damage.

Curly Wigs: 6-9 months with daily wear
Wet and Wavy Wigs: 6-9 months with daily wear
Tousled Wavy Wigs: 1 year with daily wear
Straight Wigs: 1 year with daily wear
Remember, these are just estimates. Your wig's lifespan can vary depending on how well you care for it. We also offer touch-up services to keep your wig looking its best even longer.

Kinky Colily Wigs You must keep curly or kinky wigs moisturized, mainly if you use them daily.
Wet and Wavy wigs are simple to care for and only need a quick shake to achieve a damp, wavy appearance.
Tousled Wavy is ideal. If you favor a messy wave, you'll need a curling iron or heat-free rollers; adhere to the comprehensive styling guidelines.
Yaki and Kinky straight wigs require the least amount of upkeep.
