RETURN POLICIES 

Service-Centric Approach

Our wigs are made-to-order, so processing times vary:

  • HD and European Collection: 10-15 business days

  • Custom Colors: 3 weeks

  • Bespoke Wigs: 6-8 weeks

Side-by-Side Confirmation

To ensure your wig is perfect before shipping, we offer a side-by-side confirmation:

  1. We photograph your wig next to your order details.

  2. We will send you the photo for approval.

  3. We will ship it out as soon as you give us your approval. If we don’t hear back from you, we'll ship it within 8 hours of sending the photo so we do not delay delivery. 

  • 72-Hour Satisfaction Window: If you'd like to request adjustments or a full return, contact us at questions@finelacewigs.com with "Return Request" in the subject line and your order number within 72 hours of receiving your wig.

Ineligible Items: Worn, altered, Bespoke Collection, Bespoke Colors, and final sale wigs are not eligible for return.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order after 48 hours or once the wig is completed, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. This fee applies because we customize each wig according to your specifications, including color and cut. Please note that items from our Bespoke Collection are not eligible for return.
