Here's how our return policy works:

• 72-Hour Satisfaction Window: If you'd like to request adjustments or a total return, please contact us at questions@finelacewigs.com, subject line Return Request, with your order number within 72 hours of receiving your wig, Bespoke Collection are not applicable.

As the wig is customized to your specifications, if you wish to cancel the order after it has been made, or 48 hours after the order is placed a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This policy is in place because we do not keep wigs in stock, making it challenging to find another client with the exact specifications. Bespoke Collection wis are unrefudnable.

No, Some wigs are not eligible for return:

• Worn or altered wigs: Wigs that have been worn or tampered with in any way (washed, styled, cut) are not eligible for return. 
• Bespoke  wigs: Custom-made wigs designed to your specific specifications may not be eligible for return, as they cannot be easily re-sold to another customer.
• Bespoke Colors- Bespoke colors are outsourced to a color specialiites and are not eligible for returen
• Final sale items: Some wig retailers may offer certain wigs at a discounted price as a final sale, meaning they are not eligible for return or exchange.

Lost in Transit: All parcels are insured if the carrier loses them. If your tracking information shows your package is lost, please contact us right away, and we'll work with the delivery carrier to locate it or file an insurance claim for you.

YES. Lets Start with Hair Color: You can customize the hair color of any wig you see on the site, choosing from the color chart displayed on each product page. However, certain colors may be limited when combined with specific textures to avoid damaging the hair.

Other Pre-Made Wig Options:

• Hair Length: Choose from 10" to 22".

• Cap Size: Options include small, average, and petite.

• Cap Type: Choose from lace front, full lace, or glueless cap wigs.

• Hairstyle: Existing wig styles cannot be altered.

Bespoke and European Collections are not pre-made. We craft them based on your unique requests.

We'll also answer any questions about the process or wig care.

• Private Webpage for Approval: Before we begin crafting your wig, we'll create a private webpage showcasing the approved design details, including materials, color, and style visualization. Your approval on this page ensures everything matches your specifications before proceeding.
  
  

• Fitting (Optional): If you don't have measurements, we can send you a wig cap for fitting purposes. You can draw your hairline on the cap and send it back to us, and we'll create a mold for your custom order. (A small custom fitment fee may apply)
  
  

• Open Communication: We will advise you of the start and shipment Before we finalize your wig, feel free to ask questions or request minor adjustments to ensure you're happy with the design.
  
  

• In the unlikely event that the approved design changes after you receive your wig, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We'll work diligently to find a solution that ensures your satisfaction.
