Returns and Adjustments
72-Hour Satisfaction Window: If you'd like to request adjustments or a return, contact us at questions@finelacewigs.com (subject: Return Request + Order #) within 72 hours of receiving your wig. Please review our restocking fee policy associated with the returns below.
Wigs that can't be returned:
- Worn wigs
 - Altered wigs
 - Bespoke Collection wigs
 - Wigs with bespoke colors
 - Final sale wigs
 
Restocking Fee:
Each wig is colored, cut, and styled when the order is placed. Because we customize each wig to order, all eligible returns are subject to a restocking fee to cover the stylist's time and order preparation costs, unless there's a craftsmanship error.
