Our wigs are made-to-order, so processing times vary:
HD and European Collection: 10-15 business days
Custom Colors: 3 weeks
Bespoke Wigs: 6-8 weeks

Side-by-Side Confirmation
To ensure your wig is perfect before shipping, we offer a side-by-side confirmation:
We photograph your wig next to your order details.
We will send you the photo for approval.
We will ship it out as soon as you give us your approval. If we don’t hear back from you, we'll ship it within 8 hours of sending the photo, so we do not delay delivery.
Returns and Adjustments
72-Hour Satisfaction Window: If you'd like to request adjustments or a return, contact us at questions@finelacewigs.com (subject: Return Request + Order #) within 72 hours of receiving your wig. Please review our restocking fee policy associated with the returns below.

Restocking Fee:
Each wig is colored, cut, and styled when the order is placed. Because we customize each wig to order, all eligible returns are subject to a restocking fee to cover the stylist's time and order preparation costs, unless there's a craftsmanship error.
Each wig is uniquely designed according to your customized options. Because of this personal touch, we have a 20% restocking fee on eligible returns. This fee helps cover the stylist's time and the preparation costs associated with your order. Please know that this fee will be waived in the case of a craftsmanship error. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help.
