Add color-safe shampoo to the sink and thoroughly mix
Dip the wig in the sink several times

Apply conditioner to hair, avoiding the lace, and comb the hair
Leave the conditioner in for 20 minutes

Blot excess water with a microfiber towel and refrain from twisting or ringing the hair.
Deep Conditioning: Use color wow deep conditioner after every four wears, following the product instructions
Air Drying: Air dry on a wig stand.
Blow Drying: If necessary, use the lowest heat setting and a diffuser. Avoid twisting or wringing.
Detangling: Detangle dry hair with a wide-tooth comb or wig brush, starting from the ends.

We will send you the photo for approval.
We will ship it out as soon as you give us your approval. If we don’t hear back from you, we'll ship it within 8 hours of sending the photo, so we do not delay delivery.
Returns and Adjustments
72-Hour Satisfaction Window: If you'd like to request adjustments or a return, contact us at questions@finelacewigs.com (subject: Return Request + Order #) within 72 hours of receiving your wig. Please review our restocking fee policy associated with the returns below.

Restocking Fee:
Each wig is colored, cut, and styled when the order is placed. Because we customize each wig to order, all eligible returns are subject to a restocking fee to cover the stylist's time and order preparation costs, unless there's a craftsmanship error.
Each wig is uniquely designed according to your customized options. Because of this personal touch, we have a 20% restocking fee on eligible returns. This fee helps cover the stylist's time and the preparation costs associated with your order. Please know that this fee will be waived in the case of a craftsmanship error.
